Julia DuPlessis spots gratitude in people who truly love. “That means even when things or situations don’t go their way, they still see the positive outcome through a sense of love and patience,” said Julia, who believes gratitude rests in a person’s soul and manifests in their actions.
When asked whether gratitude has the potential to heal, Julia said: “Absolutely! When I start to feel overwhelmed with life all around me, I take a step back, I see that God has saved me from so many harms in my life and the lives of my family, and I am filled with a deluge of tears of gratitude. Then peace surrounds me, and I feel gratitude that rests in my soul.”
