Pat Howell

Pat Howell is grateful for the opportunity to serve her community, which she does by volunteering at multiple organizations — including the Baptist Health Auxiliary Hardin. This service has provided a sense of normalcy during the pandemic. 

I am most grateful that I live in a community that is so thoughtful and generous. Even during this pandemic, we have pulled together to do what we can with the resources we have despite the restrictions in place. We are always looking for creative and safe ways to give back.

Pat believes giving back and showing gratitude has a ripple effect: “It compels you to help others as well. You hear and see inspirational stories of gratitude and you realize, ‘I can do that.’”
